It really depends on how ‘armor piercing’ is defined, because there have been problems with this before.

If you want to ban bullets based on certain composition or construction criteria, (uranium core or tungsten steel core, teflon coating) that’s one thing.

Banning bullets based on velocity is quite another. A .30-06 rifle round (the most popular hunting round in America) will penetrate most police vests without any problem at all. Police vests are meant to protect from shotgun and most pistol rounds (not rifles), and banning any round that could defeat a level 2 vest would mean virtualy every center fire ammunition type rifle in America would be illegal (this came up about 30 years ago when Senator Howard Metzenbaum from Ohio pushed legislation that would have done exactly that)

What the fuck does President Obama even have to do with this decision. The ATF is making this decision on their own. As usual, Fox is completely dishonest.

Besides that fact,
I figure they found this nut from her website, and no, I’m not linking it, but the name is up above in my intro. Yes, It’s all you think it is. They brought her on and suddenly realized they had one of their viewers on a live feed. Whoops she slipped her leash….. She should do breathing exercises because apparently not enough oxygen is reaching her brain.
