With all due respect to the producers and viewers of this video, using footage of traffic creeping through flooded streets as evidence of rising sea levels and indirectly implying that the flood water is actually high-tide seawater is misleading and dishonest.

In reality, it is likely the street flooding depicted in the video is typical, run-of-the-mill flash-flooding, a normal result of South Florida’s well-known reputation for virtually daily afternoon thunderstorms and showers. (The Miami - Ft. Lauderdale - West Palm Beach area of South Florida is one of the ten wettest [read rainiest] areas in the U.S.)

Temporarily flash-flooded streets are generally an indication of overwhelmed storm-water management systems. And effective storm-water management in very low and flat areas like coastal South Florida and the coastal South Carolina Lowcountry (where I am located) is always challenging for civil engineers. I believe it is true, though, that high-tides could easily exacerbate storm-water management.

I am inclined to believe that your purported evidence of a push toward Christian theocracy is actually a strident protest of the rise of secular theocracy

These are no longer “temporarily flash-flooded streets”. They are now a constant problem.
And, just to give you a heads up to add to your superior knowledge of this topic, there’s a LOT of salt in those floodwaters.
