Have you ever read another article whose first page of comments was 100% positive?

Good one. Fits well with the things I learned from NVA, VC & RVN vets I met while in Vietnam to adopt my son in 2002. The stuff about the new recruits is quite believable to me as a vet. Bad things have happened on grenade training ranges in the US too…

I thought this was an excellent read. Cracked really has has some outstanding articles like this in recent months. This was one of the best ones. It really is qutie amazing how US-VIetnam relations have improved which is why I was pleased about the Obama Cuba deal.

I enjoy playing war games but I never forget that in reality war is never, ever fun.

I haven’t had a chance to play “This War of Mine,” but I’ve heard that game conveys the ugly realities of war quite well. It ain’t a FPS, that’s for sure.
