Why are we even debating this? Why should an employer have any reason to know about an employees family planning decisions? What the hell is going on?

Yeah, I agree. Medical records and insurance EOB’s are private information. As far as I know, there is no way for an employer to get this information —legally. I don’t see large - global corporations even bothering. The legal fallout wouldn’t be worth it.

Small-town, family owned corporations —well, that is probably a different matter.
