I was going to leave this one alone until I read the entire Human Rights Watch report, but since someone has seen fit to down-ding it without giving a reason, I’m going to up-ding it.

If the story turns out to be demonstrably untrue, I’ll neutralize the ding.

Yeah, that’s how the CAMERA posts used to look, though I can’t remember the username now—linked headline, never any commentary or participation—but there was typically at least one post per day. Time will tell.

The CAMERA bot posted under the name ‘Aigle’, which is French for Eagle.
