It’s available via torrent, so you could probably stream it with Popcorn Time, but that would be illegal and wrong.

Correction: Jim Sterling didn’t play this game. He viewed the trailer on Steam Greelight and commented.

I’ve been following Jim Sterling for some time. He comments MST3K style on questionable and/or just plain bad Greelight trailers. He even has a thumbnail for such videos that reads “Best of Steam Greenlight Trailers” for such occasions. But in this case, he altered the thumbnail to read “Worst Steam Greenlight Trailer Ever.” Considering how many bad trailers he views and bad games he plays on his channel, that’s saying something.

Valve has dragged it’s feet on implementing even minimal barriers and standards on Steam. So long as Valve get’s their pound of flesh, and no one game draws too much negative publicity, they simply don’t care. Some defend this as “freedom.” But if you want an excellent case study in why unregulated capitalism ain’t so great, visit Steam and look at their selection of indie titles. There are some really good games there, surrounded by a seemingly endless swamp of indefensible crap.

As for this “game developer,” from the article:

“These people that think if you are even remotely homophobic, you are ‘hateful’ and a ‘bigot,’ and do everything they can to destroy you in every vicious way possible,” Herman wrote. “So I decided to go down a path that most developers are afraid to go down: to piss these people off by making the most overly offensive game possible to these idiots to prove a point.”

In other words this a-hole deliberately picked a fight in order to portray himself as a martyr. He acted as hateful and homophobic as he could muster, and that somehow proves that “these people” are too sensitive and too quick to label someone hateful and homophobic. That’s like robbing a bank in broad daylight in order to prove that society is too quick to label someone a thief. Screw this attention hungry troll.
