I read most of the complaint against Columbia and it looked to me like the plaintiff is going to be walking away with millions of dollars courtesy of Columbia University.

“But I tried to follow through with the process, until I started feeling frustrated beyond belief with Columbia’s incompetence: they kept doing things like calling me in the middle of the day at work to talk about a sexual assault. Eventually, I withdrew from the process. Why should I trust a system that had given my assailant another chance? Without any of my previous testimony allowed to be used at the trial, he won. I wasn’t surprised.”

Sexually assaulted, but walks away from the appeal. “Why should I trust a system that had given my assailant another chance?” One of the dumbest things I’ve ever read.

Of course I have no idea what happened in this case, but reading the complaint, it looks like Columbia did a complete butcher job on this case and they’re going to pay for it.

The more I read about this case, it’s not looking too good. I’m getting the vibe that Emma Sulkowicz is a psycho as are her compatriots. This is going to be very entertaining as it plays out.

Here is a link to “Senior Wisdom: Zoe Ridolfi-Starr” on the Columbia Student News site. She calls herself the “Founding Co-Director at Carry That Weight” on her LinkedIn page.

Read her article (or not) and then read all the comments.

Detroit Local Powers First EV Charging Road in North America The road, about a mile from Local 58's hall, uses rubber-coated copper inductive-charging coils buried under the asphalt that transfer power to a receiver pad attached to a car's underbelly, much like how a phone can be charged wirelessly. ...
