She’s not helping anything when she denies that race played a role in this. And blaming abortion definitely doesn’t help. She’s also incredibly anti-gay too despite the fact that her uncle defended Bayard Rustin when he was harassed for being gay.

This just proves that being smart does not guarantee that your offspring will be.

She’s MLK’s niece not his daughter but I imagine MLK’s brother was a smart guy too.

Didn’t know that. That’s pretty sad.

Yep. Her actual degree is an MBA.

Sheesh man. A MBA itself is pretty impressive. Why she has to do that as I said is kind of said. I really think she wants to be linked directly with her famous uncle. I remember hearing about her before because her aunt (Dr. King’s widow) was supporting SSM and Alveda was saying “Well I got his blood so I am more credible on this than Coretta blah blah”. As I said nevermind the fact that MLK supported Bayard Rustin, a gay socialist for years when there were many within the Civil Rights movement who even wanted to jettison him for being gay and that his children too support SSM. I don’t want to beat up the woman too hard but she really doesn’t help matters when she brings abortion up here when it’s clear to anyone that Roof was racially motivated.
