Confronting Fear: Islamophobia and Its Impact in the United States [Report]
This report was just brought to my attention, so I’m passing it along (I’ve only read the first two chapters so far). Below are the lists from pages 12-13 of the report. Most regular LGF readers will recognize many familiar names. I’ve changed the lists from bulleted to numbered so you can more readily see how many groups are actively working to spread Islamophobia, either directly or indirectly:
The U.S. Islamophobia Network
Classifying the Network
U.S. Islamophobia network groups in this report are categorized using one of
two key tags:Inner Core: Groups whose primary purpose is to promote prejudice against
or hatred of Islam and Muslims and whose work regularly demonstrates
Islamophobic themes.Outer Core: Groups whose primary purpose does not appear to include
promoting prejudice against or hatred of Islam and Muslims, but whose
work regularly demonstrates or supports Islamophobic themes.[…]

Below are both the 2013 and 2016 reports in full. As you’ll see, at 158 pages the 2013 report is nearly twice as long as the most recent one—this is because it looks specifically (and in greater detail) at the legal & political maneuvering that’s been going on:
Confronting Fear: Islamophobia and its Impact in the United States (2016)
Legislating Fear (2013)
Brietbart is now hysterically claiming—based on assertions being made by the usual suspects—that the report is actually a “hit list” of people/groups CAIR is targeting for assassination. You can’t make this stuff up. See: webcitation.org
