I definitely like this too. I think it will also help solve some cold cases too.

And it’s a relief to have a law pass we really all can agree on.

This is very good. This is probably how we must ultimately go about achieving gun safety laws; state by state.

On the other hand…just waiting for a lawsuit claiming this law to be unconstitutional.

Fine with me, the law will be stronger once upheld. NRA want’s to waste some lawyer time, no biggie.
