Ah just for you my friend… See the 4th one, Pelican Squadron. Last of the good ones, that Sony does throw me off. but tomorrow is another day, this time up in the fire zones, Thomas and Creek aftermath.

When I was growing up on the beaches of Florida we’d always yell ODD OR EVEN

When we saw the pelican parade.

Then we’d count.

Very nice work. I am especially fond of the pier shot - nice subtle color there.

Mirrorless is much more like the old rangefinders than SLRs and, I think, requires a slightly different technique. Native lenses are a major plus too.

I’m far more fond of the m4/3 system but, that said, Sony has done some excellent work with their systems. Perhaps trying it again while also renting a native lens or two? Perhaps a normal and a mid-range zoom? That might give a more fair test of the system for you.
