Taking back the GOP is like taking back that six month old stale meat from the fridge back to the market. Just end it.

Take back the GOP? And who among that storied party would you trust? No. The slate must be wiped clean. They cannot be trusted. Every day you see the damage and the looting and the silence of the GOP is deafening. If ever I vote for a Republican ever again, it is because I lost my mind and have probably shit myself also.

Burn it. Burn it from space. Then, salt the ground so nothing will ever grow there again.

This may work. The outcome I long predicted for Trump was that he would succumb to his own overweening ego and break away into a 3rd party, splitting the Batshit Crazy from the Smart But Evil.

If he suffers a stinging defeat this fall - as in, a historic 100-seat swing in the House - his ego will not allow him to acknowledge that it was HIS fault. Thus, he will lash about for someone to blame.

And he will settle on the GOP. Yes. Yes! That will be it! Must have been those dirty little backstabbers, no sufficiently loyal, always yammering on about decency and integrity and duty and honor. As if those things mattered! Time to show them. Time to launch the Trump Party …

What these people said. Fuck trying to save this collection of monsters. I’m so goddamned sick of hearing the GOP needs saving.

If anything needs saving, it’s the United States from the GOP. Until that (if it ever) sinks in (I’m looking at you, idiot “independent”/Magic Balance Fairy voters), we’re fucked.

The GOP’s establishment agenda is to redistribute as much wealth as possible to the o.1% richest Americans by borrowing trillions of dollars and eliminating as much of the federal government as possible. Since this agenda is massively unpopular with the other 99.9% of the voters, Republicans promote race and culture wars with their white nationalist base, which with gerrymandering and voter suppression tactics gives them just enough votes to gain power. There is no reforming the GOP without significant election reform to stop politicians from choosing their own voters and ensuring equal access to the ballot, so that Republican politicians have to reform their agenda to win votes outside their narrow base.If Kennedy votes the right way in the Wisconsin gerrymandering case that will be a huge step forward.

Detroit Local Powers First EV Charging Road in North America The road, about a mile from Local 58's hall, uses rubber-coated copper inductive-charging coils buried under the asphalt that transfer power to a receiver pad attached to a car's underbelly, much like how a phone can be charged wirelessly. ...
