U.S. Court, Long a Beacon, Guides Fewer Nations
According to the NYT: Not only is it good that other nations are steadily citing US law less and less in their court cases (they’re finally on their feet after WWII) but apparently now the US should look to foreign law for good sound moral guidance.
-How about if they do their thing and we do ours? Is there a problem with that?
