School Shooting at Arapahoe High School in Denver, slim details emerging in #ArapahoeHigh
Yes a group that is trying to “educate” Florida Public School students about what the constitution says, don’t think the establishment clause says what it says, which would mean that Bryan Fischer would love them, as long as he regards them “Christians” The group calls itself “the National Center For Constitution Studies,” and it obviously doesn’t live up to its name. Anyone who really studied the constitution would disagree with them.
It seems Florida public school students have been handed a pocketful of lies about church-state separation thanks to a state judge who arranged for the distribution of mini copies of the Constitution from a right-wing group with theocratic beliefs.
PYONGYANG, North Korea (AP) — The execution of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un’s uncle brought a swift and violent end to a man long considered the country’s second-most powerful. But while Jang Song Thaek is now gone, the fallout from his bloody purge is not over.
In a stunning reversal of the popular image of Jang as a mentor and father figure guiding young Kim Jong Un as he consolidated power, North Korea’s state-run media on Friday announced he had been executed and portrayed him as a morally corrupt traitor who saw the death of Kim’s father, Kim Jong Il, in December 2011 as an opportunity to make his own power play.
Experts who study the authoritarian country, which closely guards its internal workings from both outsiders and citizens, were divided on whether the sudden turn of events reflected turmoil within the highest levels of power or signaled that Kim Jong Un was consolidating his power in a decisive show of strength. Either way, the purge is an unsettling development for a world that is already wary of Kim’s unpredictability amid North Korea’s attempts to develop nuclear weapons.
The purge also could spread and bring down more people, Cha said. “When you take out Jang, you’re not taking out just one person — you’re taking out scores if not hundreds of other people in the system. It’s got to have some ripple effect.”
Notably when a Republican Governor pointed this out he was fiercely shouted down. When the new Democratic governor acted on the exact same issues, he prevailed. Who runs this state? Not the Republicans. The GOP created the Tea Party monster. The Democratic party in California created the Union monster. What we need are sensible limits. We need a balance of power between labor and employers. Neither party appears interested in a balance like that, to our collective shame.
The results of the independent Field Poll showed a stark shift in public opinion in California, long a labor union stronghold. Even those who identify as Democrats or have union affiliations reported their views on labor unions taking a turn for the worse.
Among Democrats, 30% of voters said unions do more harm than good — up 9 percentage points from March 2011. The jump in negative opinion was steeper among Republicans: 70% said unions do more harm than good, up 13 percentage points from the last reading two and a half years ago.
The poll’s margin of error is plus or minus 3.2 percentage points.
Todd Starnes is one of those weasel Fox contributors who are always posting about emotive issues, always playing the emotion, never the logical, or constitutional. Yet, they pretend to honour the constitution, and veterans for that matter. In fact, the only thing Fox gives a single damn about, is ratings. Remember, Santa was a white man even though he was a Mediterranean Jew, sigh, wait, that was Jesus. Honestly, short of Breitbart and the conspiracy theorist sites of the like of Alex Jones and Orly Taitz, Fox is simply disgusting.
And it pains me to say that, because behind the scenes and the very visible pushed to the front for rating kitsch, like Todd, like Megyn, there are some hard working honest journalists at Fox.
And even worse, I find that the replacement toaster I just bought, pops the toast into orbit and said toast requires careful catching.
A cross atop Mount Soledad in California is an unconstitutional religious display on government land and must come down, a federal judge in San Diego ruled late Thursday.
How about a little game of hide and go f*ck yourself Todd?
Matt Lebovic posted this over at The Times of Israel. Even through I haven’t seen the film, I thought this article was rather interesting.
For Decades, scholars have called Tolkien’s Dwarf Narrative a Sort of ‘Corrective Rewrite’ of German Composer Richard Wagner’s famed “Ring Cycle”
According to the article Richard Wagner, hated Jews and his evil dwarf Alberich was meant to represent the worst of the Jewish “race.” He also wasn’t shy about his desire for a Germany free of Jews. No wonder Hitler admired him and saw his opera as Inspiration. There’s no way I would want to see it for those reason alone. The New Hobbit film on the other hand, maybe I’ll go see or rent when it comes out, after I see the first one.

LO PAN STYLE LYRICS
Godfather of Little China king and a warrior
Entombed inside this crippled form, appearances can fool ya
Like nothing you can understand but let me try and school ya
David Lo Pan, Mr. Burton
I own Wing Kong Exchange
Importing things from Peking province that are really strange
The working girls at the white tiger they all know my name
I bring the thunder and the lighting then I make it rain, I make it rain
I must please Ching Dai to be a real guy
Flesh and blood Flesh and blood
In search of my bride with dragon green eyes to lift this curse
Lift this curse then Ill Rule this universe beyond the grave grave grave
Heeeeey Green eyed lady
First you’re this basketcase on wheels now you’re an 8 feet tall maniac
Don’t want any trouble big or small, Dave
I just want my truck back
When crazies like you ask me if I paid my dues?
“Have you paid your dues, Jack!?”
Yessir the check is in the mail
Oh no I’m not insane
I kidnap Chinese girls as soon as they get off the plane
Cross checking iris colors til I match a creamy jade
Now then Miao Yin it’s timte for you to tame my burning blade, arrangements made
Gracie and Miao Yin,
That makes two women
Eyes of green, What does it mean?
Oh Mighty Ching Dai, won’t you hear my cry:
Fulfill my oath I’ll marry both
Kill the round eye make the other one my slave slave slave Indeed!!!
Needle Love, in your arm I must shove
Then maybe baby we can prove that I am flesh and blood
Six demon bag, Egg Shen you shouldn’t have
I drank your peasant magic portion and it made me gag and take a $h!7.

English artist Simon Beck never ceases to amaze us with his large-scale murals of geometric patterns in snow. Each visually breathtaking piece, which Beck manually creates by walking through the snow and leaving behind his track prints, adds a surreal element to its natural landscape. Walking countless miles on end, the dedicated artist manages to produce startlingly symmetrical and elaborate designs on the soft, white bed of snow that covers acres upon acres of land.
Beck’s ability to not only trek through the slippery surface and icy temperatures but to also keep track of his steps is absolutely remarkable. The beautifully plotted details of the artist’s work complement the untouched expanse of snow and ice capped mountains that surround them each year. With the next winter season just around the corner, we’re excited to see Beck’s next series of artistic snow exhibitions. In the meantime, check out some of his work from earlier this year, just before the snow melted away.
