Dumbest Man on Internet: OBAMA to Bus In People for NRA Protest in Albany - Is This Even Legal?
From the faraway land of Derpdom:
The never-ending campaign…
The Obama campaign is going to bus people in for a protest in Albany. The campaign put a post up on its website advertising the event.
There’s a screen shot from what appears to be the events section on my.barackobama.com. The head derp also provides a link to the alleged event on the site: my.barackobama.com
That link returns this message:
The URL you clicked references an event that does not exist. This event may have existed at one time but been subsequently deleted.
Hmmm. I tried locating events for the 28th of February on the site, didn’t seem to find such an event in Albany.
But, when you read the text in the screenshot, one should notice that it is the SEIU offering the trip, not the Obama administration. Look up the phone number provided, it’s the Syracuse NY number for the SEIU. And one has to wonder, do NY residents not have the right to be involved in the affairs of NY?
Now, Hoft does give credit to the FreeRepublic for coming up with this (they provided the link as well). At worst, it seems that the barackobama.com site may have posted the event on behalf of the SEIU.
But nowhere, except in that far away land of Derpdom could this be construed as Obama bussing protesters.
Hoft really does deserve his title. If there was intelligent life at the Freeper bar, I might contend Hoft actually had challengers. But that’s the thing, Hoft pretends to have a functioning intellect.
