You know why Texas is different from California? Texas has the exact same percentage of Hispanics as California, they block vote for the Democrats exactly like they do in California. White voters in Texas voted 80% for Mitt Romney, in California, white voters split their vote. That’s why Republicans have got to learn. Drive up the white vote. That’s your base.
Ann Coulter attacked South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley for calling to remove the Confederate battle flag from the statehouse grounds, saying she is “an immigrant who doesn’t understand America’s history.” And Ann doesn’t understand or even know Haley’s biography because she is a 100% US citizen, as Media Matters noted in the page I’ve linked to.

Ann Coulter is not a fan of President Obama’s plan to provide tuition-free community college, or of federal college loans in general. Coulter told Florida radio host Joyce Kaufman on Monday that such programs are just a “scam” to “subsidize the most left-wing industry in America, that spends its days indoctrinating kids to hate Republicans.”
“And to hate white people,” Kaufman added. “The whole white privilege thing that’s going on there is killing me.”
“Yeah, and they’re never called to account for it,” Coulter agreed.
Well folks, 2014 is quickly coming to an end and a new year is all but upon us. 2015 beckons, and with it, another year just brimming with the potential for conservative buffoonery. The right wing will surely find new and innovative ways to embarrass itself in the new year, new ways to spew asinine and incendiary commentary across an array of themes ranging from race to climate science.
Pat Robertson will come up with some new way to blame a human tragedy or natural disaster on gay people. Ted Nugent will make some new, veiled threats of armed violence. Ann Coulter will pioneer some novel technique for verbal repugnance that leaves us all scratching our collective heads and wondering just how any one person can be so vile. And, of course, an undisclosed number of Republican politicians will find new ways to rephrase their timelessly inappropriate rape commentaries.
But before we wade in to a brand new year full of right wing depravity, let’s have a look back at the The Top Ten Most Vile Conservative Tweets of 2014.
10) Ann Coulter thinks WHITE PEOPLE are being oppressed:
Yes, you read that right. In the wake of the grand jury’s failure to indict Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of unarmed Michael Brown, Coulter took to Twitter to claim that whites were somehow being deprived of free speech.
9) Randy Weber, heir to Ron Paul’s congressional seat, calls Obama a “socialist dictator”:
Weber has a giant tinfoil hat to fill taking over for Dr. Paul. So at this past year’s State of the Union address, he promptly decorated his Twitter account with aluminum. Listen, if Obama is a socialist he’s the worst one in recorded history, considering that his fiscal policies fall somewhere to the right of Richard Nixon. And last I checked, Randy Weber hasn’t been shipped off to the Gulag. So enough with the “dictator” nonsense already.
8) Dana Loesch doesn’t get it; thinks Garner died over a cigarette tax:
Eric Garner died over a cigarette tax. It had nothing to do with poor officer training or questionable judgment in using a banned choke-hold technique on an unarmed suspect.
7) Donald Trump calls for Obama’s resignation over the Ebola “epidemic” that never actually happened:
What would an end of the year list chronicling right wing stupidity be without everyone’s favorite comb-over connoisseur, “The Donald”? Trump took to Twitter to help fuel this year’s rampant Ebola paranoia and, right on cue, used it as an occasion to call for the President’s ouster.
And now, for the most VILE thing tweeted by a conservative in 2014…
1) Charles C. Johnson extorts the alleged UVA rape victim:
Johnson’s claim to the most vile conservative tweet of 2014 is owed entirely to the fact that it’s down right criminal. This isn’t reporting; this isn’t journalism. This isn’t even internet trolling. This is the criminal extortion of an alleged victim of GANG RAPE. Regardless of the inconsistencies that have come to light regarding “Jackie’s” story as told to Rolling Stone, the fact remains that this is potentially the victim of a horrific sexual assault. Congrats, Chuck. In a year chock full of conservative online douchebaggery, you stand alone as the single-most nauseating, vile douchebag of them all.
Wow, it’s gonna be hater central in Palm Beach later this month. Remember, there’s no such thing as Islamophobia—it’s just a PC thing that Muslims and their liberal allies invented to shut down legitimate criticism of Islam.
What—no Louie Gohmert, Pamela Geller, Brigitte Gabriel, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Daniel Pipes, Walid Shoebat, Raymond Ibrahim, et al?
I get the distinct feeling that we Muslims are going to be the bogeyman the right-wing will use between the mid-terms and 2016 elections in their efforts to try to scare people into voting the GOP back into the White House…
FrontPageMag editor and increasingly unhinged anti-Obama yeller David Horowitz is hosting his annual “Restoration Weekend” for anti-Muslim activists at a beach resort in Florida this month. This year, Horowitz has recruited an impressive slate of Republican politicians, including Texas Gov. Rick Perry, Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson, Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions, Oklahoma Rep. Jim Bridenstine to partake in the event’s offerings of golf, spa treatments, and Muslim-bashing.
Joining the GOP politicians at the Palm Beach weekend will be anti-Muslim activists including the Family Research Council’s Jerry Boykin, JihadWatch’s Robert Spencer, National Review columnist Andrew McCarthy and, as Horowitz announced this weekend on Newsmax, far-right Dutch politician Geert Wilders.
Conservative pundits Ann Coulter, Michael Reagan and Ben Shapiro will also be at the event, according to its website, along with FreedomWorks CEO Matt Kibbe, Heritage Foundation economics chief Stephen Moore and Wall Street Journal editorial board member Kimberly Strassel. […]
At past events, Horowitz has attracted GOP luminaries including Sen. Ted Cruz, former Sen. Jim DeMint, Rep. Steve King and Rep. Michele Bachmann. […]
From last year’s event. Oh look, Caroline Glick too (she’ll be back again this year):
Full list of attendees according to the event’s website:
Governor Rick Perry, David Horowitz, Senator Jeff Sessions, Senator Ron Johnson, Kimberly Strassel, Jim Bridenstine, Dennis Prager, Ben Shapiro, Ann Coulter, Stephen Moore, Andrew McCarthy, Michael Reagan, Bruce Thornton, Andrew Klavan, General David Fridovich, Larry Kawa, General William Boykin, James Carafano, Bill Whittle, Cleta Mitchell, Daniel Greenfield, Thomas Lifson, Tom Fitton, Richard Baehr, Matt Kibbe, Edwin Black, Robert Spencer and Caroline Glick.
There are times when one person’s stupidity doesn’t need any explanation. This is one of those times. The only comment I can make about this is that the only person capable of writing something more idiotic than this is Jim Hoft. Or maybe GOHMERT!
Take it away Coultergeist. Tell us why you hate soccer:
• It’s foreign. In fact, that’s the precise reason the Times is constantly hectoring Americans to love soccer. One group of sports fans with whom soccer is not “catching on” at all, is African-Americans. They remain distinctly unimpressed by the fact that the French like it.
• Soccer is like the metric system, which liberals also adore because it’s European. Naturally, the metric system emerged from the French Revolution, during the brief intervals when they weren’t committing mass murder by guillotine.
Despite being subjected to Chinese-style brainwashing in the public schools to use centimeters and Celsius, ask any American for the temperature, and he’ll say something like “70 degrees.” Ask how far Boston is from New York City, he’ll say it’s about 200 miles.
Liberals get angry and tell us that the metric system is more “rational” than the measurements everyone understands. This is ridiculous. An inch is the width of a man’s thumb, a foot the length of his foot, a yard the length of his belt. That’s easy to visualize. How do you visualize 147.2 centimeters?
And what would an Ann Coulter column be without a little nativism:
If more “Americans” are watching soccer today, it’s only because of the demographic switch effected by Teddy Kennedy’s 1965 immigration law. I promise you: No American whose great-grandfather was born here is watching soccer. One can only hope that, in addition to learning English, these new Americans will drop their soccer fetish with time.
I miss you.
From the darkest corners of Wingnutistan comes this shocking revelation: MICHELLE OBAMA IS A MAN!!!!
Using this “scientific” “reasoning,” the old (and equally stupid) joke about Ann Coulter being transgendered is fact.
Looks like the birth certificate and the contacts with aliens and the reptilian lizard people were just the beginning of the things that the lamestream media failed to vet about this Barack Hussein Soetoro person. Now it can finally be told, according to some loons who think the Pope is an imposter or something: Michelle Obama is a man!!1! And they even have a 24-minute YouTube video that presents “irrefutable and scientific proof” of this science fact! Fortunately, there’s also a transcript, so you can “stop living the lie” with only a 5-minute skim. Buckle up, kids, this sucker’s a .9 Timecube bucket of homophobia, transphobia, nonsense science, and pure batshit crazy, and it’s going to be a bumpy ride.
Among other conclusions, the video decides that Michelle has “male hands,” because:
A MAN’S RING FINGER, IS TYPICALLY LONGER THAN A MAN’S INDEX FINGER … WHILE IT IS NOT UNCOMMON FOR A WOMAN TO HAVE THE RING FINGER AND INDEX FINGER AT VERY SIMILAR LENGTHS, IT IS ALMOST UNHEARD OF FOR A WOMAN TO HAVE A VISIBLY LONGER, RING FINGER
And here’s the shocking video that promises “irrefutable proof:”

The Bleach Blonde From Hell reminds us once again how ugly and bigoted her world is. CPAC is where Democracy Goes To Die. Ann Fugly states her case. Don’t step in it.
“I think [women] should be armed but should not vote…women have no capacity to understand how money is earned. They have a lot of ideas on how to spend it…it´s always more money on education, more money on child care, more money on day care.” - AC 2001
With all the smirking on the left about their electoral victories, it’s important to remember that Democrats haven’t won the hearts and minds of the American people. They changed the people. If you pour vinegar into a bottle of wine, the wine didn’t turn, you poured vinegar into it. Similarly, liberals changed no minds. They added millions of new liberal voters through immigration.
So why are Republicans like Trey Gowdy, Eric Cantor, Paul Ryan and John Boehner making fools of themselves in order to spot the Democrats three more touchdowns?
The House Republicans’ “Standards for Immigration Reform,” for example, contains this fat, honking nonsense: “One of the great founding principles of our country was that children would not be punished for the mistakes of their parents.”
As the kids say: WTF?
That may be a pleasant-sounding sentiment, but it has absolutely nothing to do with our country’s history. Not the first thing. Did Republicans really think they could pawn off the idea that our forefathers fought and died at Valley Forge so that illegal aliens wouldn’t have to live in the shadows?
More: Did I Move?
In a column claiming the Republican Party immigration plan is an act of political suicide, Ann Coulter blares the air raid siren:
As House Republicans prepare to sell out the country on immigration this week, Phyllis Schlafly has produced a stunning report on how immigration is changing the country. The report is still embargoed, but someone slipped me a copy, and it’s too important to wait.
Citing surveys from the Pew Research Center, the Pew Hispanic Center, Gallup, NBC News, Harris polling, the Annenberg Policy Center, Latino Decisions, the Center for Immigration Studies and the Hudson Institute, Schlafly’s report overwhelmingly demonstrates that merely continuing our current immigration policies spells doom for the Republican Party.
Immigrants — all immigrants — have always been the bulwark of the Democratic Party. For one thing, recent arrivals tend to be poor and in need of government assistance. Also, they’re coming from societies that are far more left-wing than our own. History shows that, rather than fleeing those policies, they bring their cultures with them. (Look at what New Yorkers did to Vermont.)
This is not a secret. For at least a century, there’s never been a period when a majority of immigrants weren’t Democrats.
Thanks to endless polling, we have a pretty good idea of what most immigrants believe.
According to a Harris poll, 81 percent of native-born citizens think the schools should teach students to be proud of being American. Only 50 percent of naturalized U.S. citizens do.
While 67 percent of native-born Americans believe our Constitution is a higher legal authority than international law, only 37 percent of naturalized citizens agree.
No wonder they vote 2-1 for the Democrats.
How are Republicans going to square that circle? It’s not their position on amnesty that immigrants don’t like; it’s Republicans’ support for small government, gun rights, patriotism, the Constitution and capitalism.
It would be one thing if the people with these views already lived here. Republicans would have no right to say, “You can’t vote.” But why on Earth are they bringing in people sworn to
their political(our) destruction? (Fixed another one for you, Ann).
Sorry, Americans. You lose.
Notice how Ann cites polling from Phyllis Schlafly, who last year voiced similar concerns, and urged the Republican Party to abandon any outreach to people of color, and Latinos in particular, and focus on more white voters:
But in an interview this week with conservative radio program Focus Today, Schlafly just came right out and said it. Calling the GOP’s need to reach out to Latinos a “great myth,” Schlafly said that “the people the Republicans should reach out to are the white votes, the white voters who didn’t vote in the last election.” Schlafly accused the Republican “establishment” of nominating “a series of losers…who don’t connect with the grassroots.”
“The propagandists are leading us down the wrong path,” she said. “There’s not any evidence at all that these Hispanics coming in from Mexico will vote Republican.”
