Oh no, here come the Birthers again. They're relentless. This irrational crypto-racist conspiracy theory is so deeply ingrained in the GOP base that it refuses to die. It's the ultimate right wing zombie meme.
This time, it's a North Carolina Republican congressional candidate, Dr. John Whitley, a neurosurgeon (if you can believe that).
