Another Loss for Trump: Hawaii Judge Denies Request to Limit Muslim Ban Injunction

Sun, Mar 19, 2017 at 3:07:31 pm

The Trump Justice Department filed a motion asking federal Judge Derrick Watson to limit his injunction against Trump's second attempt at banning Muslims and refugees from entering the US, but today in Hawaii Judge Watson denied this request.

He's losing every legal fight so far over his unconstitutional bigoted attempt to force a ban on Muslim immigration on America.

"The Motion ... asks the Court to make a distinction that the Federal Defendants' previous briefs and arguments never did," Watson wrote in his new order. "As important, there is nothing unclear about the scope of the Court's order....("Defendants...are hereby enjoined from enforcing or implementing Sections 2 and 6 of the Executive Order across the Nation."). The Federal Defendants' Motion is DENIED."

Next up, this second try at a Muslim ban will be heard by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and it's very likely that Judge Watson's decision will be upheld.
