The problem is, in something called Reality, a large number of hateful people in certain geographic areas can band together in their actions and refuse service to entire groups of people and effectively shut them out of the local mainstream society.

We’ve been through this before. Social unrest and violence always rear their head, and spiral into situations where the Federal Government has to intervene.
And intervene it will regardless of the Libertarian Utopianist’s concept of State’s Rights. It’s mind-boggling how some people view real actual History as something that just doesn’t exist. The pipe dream of a Libertarian Utopia ignores real actual history and the lessons it has taught us over hundreds of years.
