I would not be surprised to see a surge in impeachment talk if the GOP gains control of the Senate, even though they still wouldn’t have enough votes to actually get a conviction and remove the President from office. Though I don’t really expect actual impeachment proceedings, unless Boehner completely loses control of his caucus.
