Son of a guy I know from church committed suicide last week. Now the family is running a gofundme to raise money for the funeral.

The guy has sent me three messages today about donating. I hardly knew the kid. Is there a polite way to say “no, thanks” or should I bite the bullet and donate a few dollars?
