Given that Murdoch has employed Andrew Napolitano, who has brought 9/11 “truth” to the mainstream, and has had Matt Groening criticizing Fox for years on The Simpsons, it seems pretty clear that Murdoch is a bit of a capitalist nihilist who cares more about expanding his numbers than any political or philosophical ideology. There’s a market for this stuff, unfortunately, and he’s tapping into it.

Nevertheless, the descent towards anti-Semitism on the part of Glenn Beck is so obvious. When a video parody using Donald Duck was made of Beck, Beck burst into a tirade about how Walt Disney was a great American who called out communists and unions. He’s promoted anti-semite writer Elizabeth Drilling on air. Beck is trying to bring the politics of Charles Lindbergh back to the US.
