“Revival” of Nazism in Baltics and Ukraine, is one of the most popular topics in Russian agitprop. Unfortunately, not all of it is just Medveput’s propaganda. But items like this ignore the other side of the coin - the rise of neo-Stalinism in Russia. Case in point - Aleksandr Filippov whom we see in this reportage. He is one of the authors of the ultra-controversial guide for teachers which, among other things, calls Stalin an “effective manager” and otherwise minimizes his crimes.
