Well, actually, not so silent - it “treats a medical condition”. Which for most men is called “the natural aging process”. Why it seems to be perfectly OK to interfere with a natural process when it’s man-oriented, and not OK to interfere with a natural process that’s woman-oriented, is a mystery to me.
