Whatever they did really borked things. It makes conversations extremely hard to follow, and it seems to actively discourage sharing tweets the old fashioned way, with “RTs” and such. Such a clusterfuck.
I have mixed feelings. Replies are to the first listed address, and I like the way it decriminalizes long user names. On the other hand I miss the lack of choice to widecast a tweet by putting a period before the first @.
