What we really need to do is to set our schools up like our prisons. Armed teachers, armed guards, guard towers, razor wire, police dogs, electric fences, controlled access, cavity searches… the whole works. The only way we can really show our kids that we love them and will do almost anything to protect them is to lock them up every day.

Back in a few… for some reason I suddenly have an urge to use the bathroom.

Except they would have to raise taxes because they are barely willing to fund schools as it is; in Oklahoma many schools are on four day weeks because they are so broke. The real rightwing solution is to make teachers buy their own guns and ammo to bring to school.
