He’s not even on any committee involving foreign policy let alone intelligence. He’s reserves military but a chaplain and I won’t dismiss that position’s importance to the military but this guy would be a bad choice to be on the Intel committee. Trumps cabinet picks get more and more absurd as Trump loyalists dominate the opportunists.

Don’t forget—he and his wife also ran a scrapbooking store, so there’s that. And he likes to yell. But he has no intelligence background (and from what I’ve seen, no noticeable intelligence at all.) JFC—it just never ends.
