They’re going to have to get involved because there’s no end to legislation like this. Even if this law is thrown out, it can be replaced by some new form of harassment. It’s also ironic that conservatives have complained about this kind of tyranny by process in the past (gun control laws, for instance) and now they have embraced the tactic.

Unless the electorate lets them know it’s unacceptable….2012 is an opportunity to really make a statement to the GOP
