They really do need to fix that, if you filibuster then you really should have to filibuster.

I think most of the experts and pundits expect that to be the first item of whichever party succeeds in winning the Senate majority. Reid’s already made it clear that, if the Dems hold the Senate, filibuster reform will be the first thing out of the gate. This system is broken, it can’t go on, and it’s only going to get worse if something is not done.
