I am presently involved in a lawsuit. I went in for an outpatient hernia repair and came out with a fractured ankle. Yeah, bizarro. The defense atty is now doing his best to disembowel, discredit and intimidate me. Its SOP. He’s just doing his job and your point is very well taken in light of personal experience where I am the victim and am being attacked for daring to object to having my ankle broken while unconscious.

How in the hell did that happen?
