It’s an overwhelming responsibility. Thanks for your trust. In fact, I try to check Pacer Monitor once a day, if I have time. The Gawker case is proceeding slowly, as Chuck’s lawyer has requested another extension of time to be with family over Thanksgiving and to attend training classes on how to be a better lawyer. (No joke) AFAIK, the extension was granted, so we won’t hear much about Gawker until early December, unless the judge gets tired of the whole shitshow and issues some order or ruling.
