If one party breaches the terms of an NDA, then it is invalidated. TRump is not used to agreements that work both ways.
My question is, if it is pursuant to a criminal act (such as prostitution presumably is), is a nondisclosure agreement in any way legal or enforceable?
I mean:
District Attorney: The cops got you red-handed, Bruno. You wanna help yourself out a little, tell us who else was in on this.
