If he pardons people, doesn’t that mean that Mueller can force them to testify because they can no longer invoke their 5th Amendment privileges? OTOH, Trump will pardon them again for any perjury they may commit. Samantha should have applied the C word to him. It’s really more appropriate than against Ivanka.
