Am I the only person on earth who is just not into “Game of Thrones”?

I’m generally not into sword and sorcery fiction. I sort of draw the limit at steampunk, because I’d rather an author put some more thought into his mysterious crimes against nature than simply “It’s magic, I don’t have to explain shit!”
