re: #16 Cineaste

I know Charles had pointed this out on an earlier related thread but it stands repeating - how many offices did they go to before they got these videos? I’m not saying ACORN is right or wrong but when you have half a million volunteers and you can only show evidence of problems with a few the sample set needs careful vetting.

According to their footage and what I’ve been reading, they didn’t have to go to many. It appears as though they got something at every single office they visited. Their total budget by the way was $1300. These are not slick talking producers, or well seasoned pros, these were a couple of kids. Acorn initially stepped in the perverbial pile by stating that it was an isolated incident. The next day, they released the second video. Then Acorn came out with another statement naming several cities where the, “scam,” had failed, apparently believing that the obvious amateurs had only been in the D.C. baltimore area. That’s when the New York video popped up. After another statement claiming racism, the video from San Bernadino starring a white Acorn agent appeared. They have more too. That is why Acorn halted operations. they realize that they can’t simply deflect this one, and even Obama has thrown them under his sizeable bus. the other problem Acorn has is the absolute lack of investigative know how it took to pull this off. They are scared of a real investigation, by actually motivated investigators, which they are about to see.
