A place called The Downtown Grill here in LA has so many young tattooed customers I was worried I would have to get a tattoo to be served! The place is in the heart of the artist loft district in downtown.

Funny-your rough area bar bans them, my trendy grill joint nearly requires them. Ain’t American culture grand?
