No actually, the idea is that if there is more money in the hands of the entrepeneurial class, they will invest more and grow the overall pie so that even at a lower tax rate, more taxes will be collected, but sure simple incorrect synopsis are much easier right. Whether wrong or right (I don’t know) but you could at least get the reasoning correct.
