I can still remember waking up to Governor Ventura. Nobody could believe it, especially Jesse. He got humble just out of shock for a while, but about 2 1/2 years into his term, he just kind of decided to fuck it. No-fucks-to-give Jesse was a drag.

I’ve met some folks up here who voted for Jesse, and have no regrets for doing so. He seemed to have some moments of real sanity with his light-rail and shall-issue legislation, but then went whacko when he wanted to let his lieutenant governor run the show for the last year?!
