My take on this is that the problem faced is simply one of where to put the limited resources.

Are we to believe the DCCC is actually conspiring against Kansas (or Nebraska or North Dakota or any other state in which the Republicans strongly dominate)?

Also, people at the top in any field in which popularity plays a roll will gravitate to whatever is “hot”. Entertainment works that way. And so does politics.
