Florida shooting survivors announce March For Our Lives on March 24 in support of gun control: “We’ve been hearing is that it’s not the yet time to talk about gun control…so here’s the time we’re going to talk about gun control, March 24.”

Columbine happened before the Internet had taken off. The kids at Sandy Hook were too young to be cyberactive. These high school students have decided that they have had enough of being walking targets and have lent human faces to the cause of gun control.

Given the sort of reaction they can expect from certain circles, that is also an act of bravery.
