At least Rome had lead drinking pipes and leaded-pewter platters to blame for the insanity of a large portion of _its_ populace, both at the Fall of the Republic and the end of the Western Empire. The majority of the crazies here have less lead in them than their sane peers; how did we get here?

A lot of Trump supporters grew up during the age of leaded gasoline.
