this morning I ran for 2 hours and 50 minutes. Around 17-18 miles.
Why am I telling you? I’m telling everybody!
i’m pretty sure i havent been able to run this far since some time in 2013
and even then, it wasnt of this ‘quality’
solid, and strong with grace and style
no exhaustion or fatigue. no fading or disintegration
i am pleased
the near future holds a nap and liquid carbs
