re: #97 Michele: Out of the closet and into the fire

Fan on the power supply is failing. Bearings going bad. Had to pull it a couple of weeks ago and lube them with light machine oil. So far has lasted, but starting to get “rumbles” again. At least this time I have a replacement on hand.

I have decided to buy a new laptop. I have selected the one I want. I have the money for it. Costco is selling it for $50 less than Apple. I just can’t bring myself to push the button to order it. I am hopeless.

Actually, the fact that it would be at my local Costco before Xmas is a disincentive. Who wants to go anywhere near a warehouse store right before Xmas?
