Good way to encourage drinking and driving. My town recently advanced civilization, defeating the Southern Baptists and finally allowed Sunday liquor sales. However Kentucky still won’t even legalize medical marijuana.

I recall growing up in Indiana when the drinking age was 21 but 18 in neighboring Michigan, so yes, we were encouraged to drive the 30 miles into Michigan to drink.

Then we turned 19 and only had to drive 20 miles to get to Illinois, where the age was 19 for beer and wine.

I recall driving home with one eye closed because I was seeing double, and I was the most sober one of the bunch, the rest were half passed-out or puking.
