The actual 52 minute mark was in the midst of a Doug Collins rant. Scary stuff listening to Republican responses to these proposed articles of impeachment. It makes one fear that our nation may not survive the Trump maladministration — that many of these toadies are true believers rather than con artists speaking to mislead when they know the truth.

Remember that comment about how many Senators would =ote to convict if they could do it in secret? There are probably more true believers in the House, especially among the freshman, but I seriously doubt they’re a majority or even close.
