I checked with my county election clerk about what happens if my ballot doesn’t get here (it was mailed today).
The answer she gave me is under state law, any place which has mandatory mail voting, you can come in to the county election clerk’s office and vote in person. If you do that, the mail ballot is invalidated. She directed me to the Secretary of State’s Website where they cite the law.
Early voting in Nebraska began October 5.
