some arguments I have seen so far:

It had to be a super-deep-fake operation.

The police were in cahoots…they let protestors in and escorted them to Pelosi’s office. How could they have known where to go?

and what about the you tube video of “patriots” beating up an “antifa” who was trying to illegally smash glass?

I would throw the book at them, not let any action of theirs slide if it’s against the law.
