The problem we have with the 2a right now is the courts themselves ignored the entire militia clause so they didn’t even have to address interpreting what it means.

One thing regurgitated is ‘Heller’ as some harumph/case closed. I’ve read the 5/4 Heller decision, including the dissent. The Heller decision is a farce: some guy with a .38 snubnose is a well regulated militia. Really?
