damn. for me, that’s 20 bucks to the local homeless guy who is basically working for booze. For 190, I’d need someone to come back with a cord of cut firewood in back from old hardwoods after they’d taken the load to the dump.

I must live in a pricier part of the country…I was expecting to pay 150. When I had my 1970 International, I’d just load the shit in there and take it up to the landfill (130 bucks for a truck bed regardless of how much crap was in it).

I could have called my gardener who comes in on Fridays for $75 and asked him to take it away, but he, too, would have to pay someone unless he found an unlocked church dumpster he could throw it in…(we used to do that in college after parties)
