After I make it, I will. I never write anything down. Hubby is diabetic and he loves my cheesecakes. I make all kinds of flavors, all with Splenda (and a few tablespoons of sugar).

I’ll post it after I make it (sometimes they’re not good enough to pass along…I’m a perfectionist).

Zedushka is also diabetic but he totally does not care what he eats. I totally have to go all Bloomberg on him and take away his Pepsi. I love making (and eating) fancy desserts but I can only make them when my kids are over.

I made a blueberry pie last week. It was one of the best pies I ever made. I ate like about 7/8’s all by myself.
